Unify is a great tool that allows you to edit blocks of text on your web site. It’s perfect if you already have an existing site that is built and you simply need to edit the pages. While Unify cannot add any new pages or remove them, it does give you full capability of editing the page and keeping content current.

Cost – $24.49 from Unify.

Installation Time and Cost – Typically takes an hour, perhaps two, depending on the site size and number of pages. Our cost is usually a few hundred dollars to install.

Pros – Easy to install, easy to use.

Cons – Only allows for editing of existing pages.

2. Upgrade your web site to WordPress®

WordPress® is a state-of-the-art content management system. WordPress® is most known for its blogging tools, but we have created e-commerce web sites, news sites, and general brochure sites with this platform.

Cost – WordPress® is open-source, so it is free!

Installation Time and Cost – Depending on your site design, we most likely will need to rebuild your site into the WordPress® platform.Our WordPress® installations start at $1,500, and we can make improvements to your site during the process.

Pros – Open-source, robust community, and thousands of plug-ins.

Cons – The administrative system takes a bit longer to learn than Total Control and can seem daunting to a new user at first glance.

3. Upgrade your web site to Total Control

Total Control is our own content system. Built for law firms and currently running about 200 web sites for over six years, it is proven to work.

You can add, edit, and delete unlimited pages with the following fields:

Cons – Unless purchasing a full copy for installation on your server, Total Control is hosted and installed on PaperStreet servers. Not really a con, though, as you need a web host and our servers are 99.99% reliable.
