Comcast Upgrade if Great, but a Bit Wasteful

We upgraded our office to Comcast voice and internet. So far, its been a good experience with better phone reception and faster internet.

However, the return of the previous modem is a bit overkill. Not only would the current tech not take the modem back with him, but they send a box that is about 10 times as large as the old modem. Way to go green Comcast.
