PaperStreet Hits the Parks: Our 2025 Orlando Team Retreat

At PaperStreet, we work hard—and once a year, we play just as hard. This year’s annual team retreat took us to sunny Orlando for three action-packed days of team bonding, strategic discussions, and a whole lot of roller coasters.

With a crew of 22 team members, we came from all over the map—literally. Some teammates flew more than 20 hours from places as far-flung as Washington and Argentina to join in the fun.

Mornings with a Mission

We kicked off each day with productive morning sessions, diving into the “State of the Street” and chatting about business happenings, goals, and where we’re headed next. These conversations helped align us as a team and sparked new ideas for how we can continue growing and delivering top-notch results for our clients.

Afternoons of Adventure

Once the laptops closed, the real magic began. We explored Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios, casting spells in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, tackling thrill rides, catching shows, and racking up thousands of steps each day (no regrets, only churros).

Why We Do It

These retreats aren’t just about fun (though there’s plenty of that). They’re about connection, reflection, and building the kind of team spirit you can’t get from Zoom alone. We’re grateful for the chance to come together in person, celebrate our wins, and recharge for the year ahead.
