The Challenge: Speed During the Busiest Time of Year

The client engaged PaperStreet with an aggressive timeline and elected to move forward with a rush build. Complicating matters, approvals and development landed during one of the busiest times of the year, when schedules are tight, and client delays are common due to vacations and changing holiday schedules.

Despite these constraints, the client was responsive, decisive, and prepared. They provided information quickly, reviewed deliverables promptly, and maintained consistent communication throughout the process. This level of engagement made it possible for PaperStreet to move at the client’s speed, which was much faster than is typical for a project of this size.

Timeline at a Glance

Our team projected 40 business days to code the website when the final designs were approved. We were tasked with custom coding and testing of eight webpages, more than 20 content pages, and 170+ attorneys.

PaperStreet shared the testing link with the client on schedule, roughly one week before Christmas. Both teams spent a busy and focused week reviewing the testing link, editing, and resolving bugs as needed. The website launched just days before the holiday slowdown after just one week of review.
