FAQs To Our Law Firm Web Developers

Will I receive spam from the contact forms on my website?

Yes, some spam is inevitable, however we install Google Recaptcha to help alleviate any spam. We also review the form before it is sent to test if it has any indicators that it is spam. If it is, we block it from being sent.

Are you able to redirect other domains I have to my website?

Yes, we can set up as many as you need. If there are only a couple, we can do it at no cost. Depending on time, anything more than five or so, we would need a small budget to complete. Usually it is around 5-10 minutes for each domain redirect, depending on where they are located.

Can I add my own plugins to my law firm website?

Yes, it is your website. However we don’t recommend adding unnecessary plugins as it will bloat the website and could cause speed issues. It would be best to chat with us first to see if there is a better solution.

Do I have to use BugHerd?

If we are building your website, we prefer to use BugHerd (that’s why it’s in our contracts!) Is a great tool and it stores all questions and notes in one area. Different team members can then review them and nothing gets lost in multiple email chains. After your site is launched we usually just use email communication or sometimes a GoogleDoc to share post-launch edits.

Can I transfer my Google Analytics to my new legal website?

Yes, we can transfer over your Google analytics. It is usually just as simple as copying over the current code placed on your current website. We also ask for your login. If you are transferring your account to another account we may need a budget for time.
