BAST AMRON is a boutique law firm focused on the resolution of complex commercial disputes. We provide comprehensive advice and service to our clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, workouts and insolvency matters. We view our clients’ issues through a holistic lens to formulate and implement dynamic solutions to their most important problems.
Jeffrey Bast and Brett Amron bring complementary backgrounds and experience to BAST AMRON. Jeffrey completed two bankruptcy clerkships before joining the large international firms where he eventually became a partner. Brett was a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County before joining a large local firm where he later became a partner. Throughout their careers, Jeffrey and Brett each represented a variety of clients with complex insolvency and litigation issues. In early 2008, they left the large firms to open and develop their own practices. During that time, Jeffrey and Brett identified synergies in their practices and skill sets. In May 2009, they decided to join forces to establish BAST AMRON. Since that time, they have continued to build a team that is best suited to serving their clients. The firm has expanded to include partner Scott Brown a bankruptcy trustee.
