1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
   The Florida Bar Conference Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are: Are registered attendees of the 2025 Florida Bar Annual Convention held in Boca Raton, Florida. Are legal residents of the United States. Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) of the Sponsor, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
   The Sweepstakes begins on June 25, 2025, at 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on June 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
   To enter, visit the Sponsor’s booth at the Florida Bar Annual Convention during the Sweepstakes Period and submit your contact information (name, email address, website, firm, phone number, and marketing needs) via the provided entry form or by dropping a completed entry card into the designated entry box. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, you consent to the Sponsor using your contact information for Sweepstakes administration and future marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.
5. Prizes

• Prize: One (1) Apple iPad 11-inch: A16 chip, 11-inch Model, Liquid Retina Display, 128GB, Wi-Fi 6, 12MP Front/12MP Back Camera, Touch ID, All-Day Battery Life — Blue) of $299 approximate retail value.
• Total ARV of All Prizes: $357.00. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash or substitutes unless permitted by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. 

6. Winner Selection and Odds

• Drawing Schedule: One (1) winner will be randomly selected at approximately 11:30 AM EDT on June 27, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
• Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. As entries are cumulative and only one entry per person is allowed
• Entry Pool: Each day’s drawing includes all eligible entries received from the start of the Sweepstakes until the time of that day’s drawing. 

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
   Winners will be notified via email and/or text within one (1) hour of each drawing and may also be announced at the Sponsor’s booth. To claim the prize, winners must:

• Present valid photo identification and proof of Florida Bar conference registration at the Sponsor’s booth.
• Pick up the prize in person at the Sponsor’s booth by 1:00 PM EDT on Friday, June 26, 2025.
• Sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) if requested by the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize by the deadline, or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate winner will be selected due to time constraints. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

8. General Conditions

• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or for any technical failures.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with entries..
• The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Florida Bar.
• If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, the Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to the issue.

9. Limitations of Liability
   By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, the Florida Bar, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not liable for any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of winners.
10. Privacy
    Contact information collected during entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and will be used for the Sponsor’s future marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act). Entrants may opt out of marketing communications by following instructions in the Sponsor’s emails.
11. Winners List
    To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to PaperStreet Web Design by July 31, 2025. Winners’ names will be available after July 1, 2025.
12. Governing Law
    The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
