Q: Mr. Lyon, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day for this interview about your company, leadership, and law practice. Mr. Lyon, please tell us about Hirsch and Lyon Accident Law. What areas of law do you practice in?
A: Our practice at Personal Injury Attorney New Jersey is limited to personal injury and wrongful death claims. We exclusively represent the injured party in an Arizona case.
Q: What is the one thing that makes Hirsch and Lyon and sets it apart from other firms?

Q: What is the best advice you can give to a young attorney just starting out?
A: Work with an experienced attorney that is willing to teach you the right way to practice law.
Q: What made you select your particular practice areas as the only claims you’ll handle?
A: I quickly learned that the average personal injury victim was outmatched by the forces of the insurance industry–who have limitless resources to deny valid personal injury claims. Our dedicating our practice to this field provides accident victims with a level playing field in which to pursue a bodily injury case.
Q: When building a law practice, what is the one most important thing to keep in mind at all times?
A: There are two factors of equal importance to keep in mind in building a law practice: Ethics and competence.
Q: What does it take to become a leader in your practice area?
A: Lead by example. Take on righteous causes and diligently prosecute claims.
Q: What is the toughest lesson you have learned?
A: Unfortunately, not all clients present legitimate claims. There are some that attempt to ‘game’ the system. The good news is that this represents a very small percentage of the total claims that come in for our free consultations.
Q: What is your favorite productivity habit or tool?
A: Our personal injury database allows us to research the habits and tactics of insurance companies as well as individual adjusters and defense attorneys.
Q: What is your greatest accomplishment?
A: Representing Arizona accident victims for over 40 years.
