Freelance Law Firm Content Writer (Telecommute)

We are seeking experienced content writers to draft blog posts, articles and practice area content for our law firm clients. This is a freelance, work-from-home position.

We seek content writers who:

  • Can write on a variety of law firm practice areas, ranging from personal injury and criminal law to intellectual property and real estate law
  • Can speak to a broad range of readers, including lay readers, in-house counsel, executives, and businessmen
  • Can brainstorm topics and submit polished posts on tight deadlines
  • Can conduct client interviews during business hours, and feel comfortable talking to partners, executives and high-level stakeholders
  • Understand SEO principles and best practices


  • J.D. degree
  • 2+ years law firm blogging/writing experience (your own blog does not count)
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Journalism or related field


  • Superior research and writing skills
  • Demonstrated experience writing for the web
  • Strong knowledge of SEO
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
