The Process
- PaperStreet Signs up Client for MailChimp.com. Account with Client information.We will be using the popular third-party program MailChimp to send out the emails. We use them because they have great experience in blasting out emails that generally do not get blocked or marked as spam. Moreover, it’s a system whereby you can self-manage future email blasts.
- Client Confirms Account via Email. You will be getting an email from MailChimp. Please forward back to me and/or click on the link to confirm.
- Client Gives PaperStreet Credit Card for MailChimp and PaperStreet Fees (or Client uploads).
- Client Gives PaperStreet Excel Spreadsheet with Email, First Name, Last Name columns (in that order). If needed, MailChimp can also do read Email and Name column only.
- PaperStreet uses standard tested templates (1 or 2 column) and designs a great header graphic and color scheme.
- PaperStreet builds email template and uploads to client account.
- PaperStreet tests email and once tested, sends client a test to approve.
- PaperStreet loads in content for first email (subsequent emails can be done by client).
- PaperStreet does final test and confirms with client.
- PaperStreet sends Email Blast.
