Typically our plans start at $2500 and $250 per month for optimization, link building, content, consultation and reporting.  Rates increase based on the practice areas, services, products, geography, number of keyword phrases, competitiveness of the keyword phrases and other factors.  A single inquiry can often pay for the optimization plan for the entire year.
