Are you constantly organizing and re-organizing your desk? Making sure the papers are aligned just perfectly. Do you take diligent notes and retype them after your meeting? Then we have the job for your skill set.
PaperStreet is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. You will work on actual client projects with our design-firm. You will help keep us organized, scheduled, and be the first impression when clients call.
We are looking a person who is friendly, super organized, and can get stuff done. The job is for 20 hours per week. We are flexible in case you want to work more or less. We are also flexible on the time availability per week.
Who We Are:
PaperStreet has been designing websites since 2001. Our company has produced over 600 custom websites for lawyers, attorneys and business professionals. Our company is now 12 strong. You can check us out at http://www.paperstreet.com.
Guidelines & Time Commitment:
• Must be on-site in Fort Lauderdale
• 20 hours per week (flexible time and hours)
• Flexible schedule, 4 hours a day, anytime between 9am and 5pm
Office Assistant Skills & Responsibilities:
• Files for Clients (Sales Notes, Creative Briefs, Files, & Folders);
• Answer phones & take detailed messages;
• Data Entry, as needed, on website projects;
• Run Office Errands, Maintain healthy office plants, and Get Supplies;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe PDFs for client documents; and
• Organization of Office.
Hourly Rate:
$10 per hour
