November Traffic Down for your Law Firm Web Site? How to Solve in 2010.

Did your law firm experience a general decline in traffic to its web site in November?”  Don’t fret. We analyzed 50 campaigns and saw a decrease for most web sites in November.

So you are probably in the same boat with a general decline in business web sites. Of course consumer sites are generally up with all the shopping going on.

How to Increase your Traffic in 2010.

However, I bet you want to prevent this in 2010. We analyzed 50 of our campaigns and noticed that the 10 or so that had a great increase had the following characteristics:

  1. Pay Per Click Increase
  2. Big Verdict
  3. Hot Topic
  4. Creation of new topical content.
  5. Big push on link building and SEO efforts

So there you go, if you want to increase in 2010 during an off month, you may want to start thinking of ideas in September/October for a PPC, SEO, or content campaign.

Without doing something, most likely your traffic will be down when compared to October. Of course, your first week in December will rock as everyone is back to work and needing legal help. In fact, if you look at our week view, most of our clients have a HUGE increase in traffic in December. Some show 100% increase in traffic!
