Check out this cool list of email programs. Personally, we use the mailchimp.com template system, but we have had success with campaignmonitor.com and constantcontact.com to send out emails too.
Looks like everyone is old school with really old Outlook versions, Yahoo and Hotmail. Good reason to test all your email newsletters in all programs.
